AB propositioned me for a trade; A toon for another personalized story. This is what I came up with as per his instructions. I'm pretty happy with it. On a side note, I might be voluntarily dropping some ass-hole clients of mine, which would mean a little more time to draw hot girls kicking balls. It's not set in stone yet, but I'm sick of being mistreated and paid poorly by these jerks. Life's too short.
Well, it's done! Caligula's story inspired me more than I thought, and it turned out waaaaay longer than I had first thought. It's on the store and ready for downloading. Here's the first page to whet your appetites. Things haven't slowed down at work, so I'm going to have to take a short break from the blog, but the next thing on my plate is the next contest. I'm still chugging away on comics, but I owe Caligula for that awesome story he wrote me! So I'm working on his comic. Here's a quick character sketch I did to feel out the main ladies. I obviously can't illustrate the whole story, so I'm doing an abridged excerpt. Your probably familiar with the tale by now (hopefully). It's "Mom Teaches Self Defense".
Millionaire's Daughter 2 part 2 is on it's way, but the next comic will be Ballet Practice, an exciting look at the anxiety-ridden life of a male ballet student in a college-level ballet class. Here's a teaser picture. Thanks again for your support and comments guys, I really appreciate it.
My brother-in-law has, or rather had, testicular cancer, which is why I haven't been posting much, I've been helping him and my sister get their lives back in order. Now that his surgeries have been deemed successful and my crazy schedule has calmed down 2%, I finished this Self Defense pic. I see we're well beyond 200,000 hits, and I've been devising the next big contest. It'll be a doozy, but the prize for winning will be worth it. I promise.
